To check if your card has been activated:
Open the app and tap CARDS at the bottom of the home screen.
You will see your card there.
If you see:
“Card not activated” - you need to activate the card.
“This card is under a standard review” - you won’t be able to use the card until the review is completed.
“Card frozen” - you have frozen the card in the app. You can unfreeze it or order a replacement.
Only a picture of your card - the card is active and ready to use.
