When a card payment is made, it is sent for processing straight away. For this reason, Suits Me is unable to cancel, reverse, or block the payment, even if it is still showing as pending.
What you can do instead
You can contact the merchant directly to request a refund. Refunds are managed by the merchant and may take several business days to appear in your account.
If the payment was for a subscription or recurring charge, you should contact the merchant to cancel it.
If you believe your card details have been compromised, please block your card immediately in the app and contact us as soon as possible.
