If you’ve found a Suits Me debit card and it doesn’t belong to you, please do not attempt to use it. For security reasons, we recommend the following:
Contact us – Let us know the 8-digit account number shown on the card. We will secure the card and assist the cardholder.
Do not attempt to use the card – It will not work without the account holder’s details and PIN, and any attempt to use it will be considered fraudulent.
Destroy the card safely – cut the card into pieces (especially through the chip and magnetic strip) and dispose of it securely. Please note: we cannot share any cardholder details with the person who found the card, even if they want to arrange its return.
Important: Please do not post images of the card online or share its details.
