You can get a replacement card when your original one is lost, stolen or damaged.
You can also get a new one when your first one has expired.
When your card is lost, stolen or damaged:
If your card is lost or stolen you should go to the Cards section of the online account or mobile banking app and select either lost or stolen. You will be sent a replacement card in the post.
If you don't know where your card is you can freeze and unfreeze your debit card from the app before you report is as lost or stolen.
When your card has expired
Your debit card has an expiry date on the front of it underneath the long, 16-digit number. Once your card reaches this you will need to order a new one to make debit card purchases from your Suits Me account.
