Log in to your online account or mobile app and click on the ‘Cards’ tab. Select ‘View PIN’.

Call 03330 151 858 at any time, select your preferred language, then press option 2 to retrieve your PIN. The call is fully automated. Please have your card handy so you can input the required details.
