If your PIN is blocked, you can unblock it an ATM by selecting the 'PIN Services' option.
This usually happens after entering the wrong PIN three times at a payment terminal.
Insert your card into any high street ATM with a Mastercard® logo, enter your PIN and select the PIN Services option, then select Unblock PIN.
If your PIN is blocked at an ATM, please contact the customer services team and we will unblock it for you.
