We take our customer security very seriously and so we don’t send your PIN out in the post.
There are two ways you can retrieve your PIN (these will also activate your debit card too);
- Call 03330 151 858 (this is a multilingual automated service) from any number and follow the steps. You will need to have your debit card to hand and the mobile phone that you used in your application.
- Login to your online banking account, click on the 'Cards' tab, then click 'View Pin' and enter your CVC code from the signature strip on your card.
You need to do this when you activate a new card and can do it whenever you forget your PIN
