There are two secure ways to retrieve your PIN. Both options are fully automated, available 24/7, and customer service agents do not have access to your PIN.
Phone
Call 03330 151 858 from any phone. This is a multilingual automated service. Follow the steps and enter the required details. You will need to have your debit card to hand and the mobile phone you used in your application.
Online Banking
Log in to your online banking account, click on the ‘Cards’ tab, then select ‘View PIN’.
You can use this option anytime you forget your PIN.
