If you can't add a payee, please check that all the details you've entered are correct.
If some of the details don't match, you'll see a warning explaining the mismatch, along with two buttons:
Cancel the payment, so you can review the details. We strongly recommend choosing this option.

If the payee is already saved, just select them from your payee list.
