There is an administration fee of £18 for raising the dispute which will be deducted from your account once the dispute is raised. The fee covers the cost of the investigation we are required to do on your behalf to dispute a transaction.
This is in line with our Terms and Conditions section 7.
The fee does not apply to Fraud related disputes.
If your dispute is successful the £18 fee will be refunded.
