The Direct Debit Guarantee applies to all Direct Debits. It ensures that if an error occurs with the payment by the organisation or Suits Me, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund (usually within 24 business hours). The Guarantee covers payment errors only and does not cover contractual disputes between you and the billing organisation.
