You can raise a claim if you've made a card purchase for goods or services that haven't arrived or are not as described, and the merchant hasn't been able to help. You will need to provide proof of purchase and any evidence that shows you attempted to resolve the issue with the merchant first to support your claim.
Just a quick note: You won't be able to raise this claim if you ordered the wrong item or if you want to return something you simply no longer want or like.
