Fraudulent/unrecognised card transactions – You can raise this claim if there is a card transaction in your account that you did not make and/or authorise. Please freeze the card in your app immediately, and contact us, and we will help you.
Please note: to raise a claim, we will require a Crime Reference Number. This will be provided once you report the transaction to Report Fraud- the UK’s national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime.
