There are two ways you can retrieve your PIN (these will also activate your debit card too);
- Call 0330 159 0199 (this is a multilingual automated service) from any number and follow the steps. You will need to have your debit card to hand and the mobile phone that you used in your application.
- Login to your online banking account and following the steps there.
You need to do this when you activate a new card and can do it whenever you forget your PIN
