Faster Payments usually come through in just a few seconds, but they can occasionally take up to 3 hours.
BACS and CHAPS transfers generally take between 1 to 3 working days.
If you haven’t seen your payment after 2 working days, we suggest reaching out to the sending bank. Sometimes, other banks carry out extra checks on payments before forwarding them.
As soon as we receive the payment, it will typically be credited to your account right away.
Incoming payment limits
The maximum amount you can receive in a 24-hour period is £5,000.00, regardless of the payment method used. If someone attempts to send you more than this amount in a single day, the payment will be rejected.
Any payment that would take your account over its maximum balance limit will also be rejected and returned to the sender.

Essential: £5,000.00
Premium: £7,500.00
Premium Plus: £10,000.00
