You can access your statements at any time through online banking or the Suits Me mobile app, where you can view, download, and print them if needed.
If you are an existing customer and your circumstances have changed, please contact our Customer Wellbeing Team. We will take the time to understand your individual needs and consider whether any reasonable adjustments are appropriate to help you continue to access and manage your account. Any adjustments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your circumstances, the safe operation of your account, and the way our digital-first service is designed.
