Here is a step-by-step guide to completing "Share support preferences" that you’ve seen in the app. We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different, and sharing this information helps us understand how we can best support you.
To begin, simply click on the "Share support preferences" link in the pop-up if you would like to let us know about any support needs you may have.
Consent – I consent to Suits Me recording this information to provide tailored support
Please tick the box next to "I confirm that I agree to Suits Me making a record of my personal circumstances I have shared and the support I might need from Suits Me to help me better manage my account"
Please note that in order to proceed and allow us to support you appropriately, we will need your consent to record this information. You can withdraw consent at any time if you want to by contacting our Customer Care Team.
Next, please select the relevant answers from the list "Is there anything about your situation that makes managing money or using our services harder for you right now? This could be temporary or ongoing. You don’t need to give medical or personal details - just what’s helpful for us to know"* on the screen.
You will then see "How does this affect you day to day when managing your money or dealing with us?" — sharing a little more here will help us better understand how we can assist you.
In the next section "What would help? Is there anything we could do to make things easier for you?", please select all the options that apply to your circumstances.
If there are other types of support that would help you which are not listed, please let us know in "Other reasonable support (please specify)" so we can consider how best to assist.
If you would like someone else to discuss your account on your behalf, please let us know in "Authorise a third party to act on my behalf - I would like you to deal with a third party (e.g., family member or power of attorney) on my behalf. We will contact you to securely verify any legal documents like a Power of Attorney."
