If you’ve forgotten your 5-digit quick access code, just follow these simple steps:
On the welcome screen in the app, choose "Recover account".
A pop-up will appear saying "Recover account" – simply select "Confirm".
You’ll then be able to log in again using your registered email address and mobile number.
