Yes, you can easily downgrade your price plan from Premium Plus to Premium in the app. Just tap on MORE in the bottom right corner and go to MY PRICE PLAN to downgrade your plan.
If you would like to downgrade to the Essential price plan, please remember that the Essential account can save you money if you don't use it frequently. It's a pay-as-you-go plan, so charges can add up with frequent use.
If you still want to downgrade to the Essential plan, please talk to one of our advisors who will explain the options so you can make the best choice for you!
