If you’re struggling to manage regular bills, we can help you to set up standing orders or Direct Debits. You can often save money by paying bills by Direct Debit.
You can decide how you would like us to contact you and how frequently, we can also support you in finding the best help and advice. If you don’t want to speak to us over the phone, we offer a Chat service which is open Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding UK public holidays when we are closed) and you can reach us via email at hello@suitsmecard.com.
With your permission we can put a note on your account about what you have shared with us, so that anyone you speak to at Suits Me will know about what support you might need from us due to your circumstances, so we will be in a better position to provide the service you need and help avoid you having to repeat yourself each time you contact us.
We will check in on you from time to time and make sure things are running as you would expect and that you are getting the right support from us.
