There are a few reasons why your balance might go into negative, examples may include:
- It's important to ensure you have enough money in your account to cover any payments or fees due from your account. If you attempt a payment without sufficient funds, it should be declined. If your account does fall into negative balance for whatever reason, you'll need to add enough money to make it positive again immediately. We may need to suspend your account until this is resolved as Suits Me do not offer any form of credit or overdraft.
- If there's a Direct Debit collection and you don’t have enough funds, you may incur a Missed Direct Debit Fee, which can cause your balance to drop below zero.
- When we collect the Monthly Management Fee, insufficient funds could lead to a negative balance after the fee is deducted.
