If you opened the account and you haven't started using it yet, the account will remain active with no balance on it.
Once you have started to use your account, the monthly management fee will be applied each month on/around the same date when the first one was taken.
If you do not have money on your account, the account will go into a Dormant status. You will be able to receive money in the account and it will go back to Live once there is a balance to cover any missed fees applicable.
If you are planning on not using your Suits Me account for a longer period of time, to avoid any further charges being applied, you can contact us to temporarily block your account. This way no further management fees will apply whilst your account is blocked. When you wish to start using your Suits Me account again, please contact Customer Care.
