Quick checklist — what you need first to download the app from the Apple App Store
An iPhone
An Apple ID signed in on the device (Settings → your name).
Enough free storage for an app download.
Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

Step-by-step: download the Suits Me app on an iPhone
Unlock your iPhone and open the App Store app.
Tap the Search tab at the bottom.
In the search bar type Suits Me and tap Search. (Look for the listing titled “Suits Me – Banking Alternative” from Suits Me Limited.)
When you find the Suits Me app, tap the Get button (or the cloud icon if you’ve downloaded it before).

Authenticate if prompted:
Use Face ID or Touch ID, or
Enter your Apple ID password.
Wait for the app to download and install — its icon will appear on your Home Screen.
Open the app and follow the on-screen setup steps (log in or activate).
After logging in using your email address, you can review your account, view your card, transactions and use other features.

Allowed enough storage space for the app download.

Make sure your device’s region is set to the UK (the app is available for UK store users only).
Step-by-Step: Downloading the Suits Me app on Android
