You might have reached the PayPoint limits:
SINGLE CASH load per account £250.00
DAILY CASH load per account £500.00
MONTHLY CASH load per account £2,000.00
If you have not reached the limits and your card is working fine in other stores, we would recommend trying another PayPoint terminal.
