If you or anyone are in immediate danger, you should call 999 followed by 55 if your abuser is with you and you’re unable to speak, which will allow the police to know you’re in trouble and will do their best to locate you and provide the help needed.

- Women’s Aid – are able to provide support and information for women experiencing abuse. You can contact them via Live Chat and email.
