What do I do if my Card is Lost or Stolen or Damaged?
If your debit card is lost, damaged or has been stolen, please report it in the CARD section of your app or online account immediately.
If you don't have access to the app or online account, please contact us.
If you are contacting us outside of our opening hours, please email urgenthelp@suitsmecard.com.
Replacing your card will stop any further transactions on this card, except for subscriptions. To cancel subscriptions and prevent further payments from being taken this way, you must contact the merchant directly and cancel with them.
Freezing your card will Stop:
- Cash withdrawals at ATMs
- Online and in-store shopping
- In-store cashback
- Chip and PIN payments
- Contactless payments
- Online and in-store shopping
Freezing your card won’t Stop:
- Money entering your account (wages, transfers etc.)
- Direct debits (created prior to your card being lost or stolen)
- Standing orders (created prior to your card being lost or stolen)
