The amount of cashback earned
The retailer where you earned it

Exceptions: ASDA and Sainsbury’s
Cashback from ASDA and Sainsbury’s works a little differently. These retailers need time to review the specific items purchased, as not all are eligible. This process can take up to 6 weeks. Once we receive approval from the retailer, cashback is paid within 7 days.
This approach ensures cashback is only given on eligible purchases while keeping the process clear and rewarding.
