We can also change the way we contact you and how frequently, plus show you where to get the best help and advice. If you don’t want to speak to us over the phone, we also have a Live Chat service which is open Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding UK public holidays when we are closed) and you can reach us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We provide all of our account holders with a dedicated customer account manager to ensure that you’re always speaking to the same person.
We can also put a note on your account. This means that anyone you speak to at Suits Me will know about your circumstances, so we will be in a better position to try and give you the service you need.
