If your account is closed, we can, upon request provide up to 5 years’ worth of prior transaction history at the point of account closure. We are unable to generate full statements for you, however, you are able to download these from your online banking before your account is closed. We keep your transaction history for 7 years after your account has been closed.
We will send you a printed version of your transaction history via post, normally, within 7 working days.
Accounts which have been closed due to fraud or other unlawful activity, impairment or which have had no activity in the past 5 years will not be eligible to receive transaction history.
