If you don’t receive your OTP there can be a few different reasons:
- You are using a different phone number to the phone you have registered to your Suits Me account. Please note: For safety and security, the OTP will only be sent to the phone number registered to your account.
- The phone number registered to your Suits Me account is incorrect.
- Non-UK phone numbers can sometimes have problems receiving an OTP due to network issues.
If any of these are the problem please contact our customer care team. They can update your phone number or have your OTP sent by email instead.
