If your card is lost, stolen or you suspect that it has been used by someone else, you must let us know straight-away so that we may cancel your card.
- Online/Mobile App: Go to the ‘My Cards’ tab in your online account, and click on the ‘Lost’ or ‘Stolen’ button.
- Phone: Call us on our 24-hour lost and stolen card line +44 (0)333 202 3645. If you ask us to do so, we will investigate any disputed transaction or misuse of your card and we may need more information and assistance from you. Until you notify us, you are responsible for any transactions made on the card.

If you don't know for certain and you want to block your card whilst you look for it, you can temporarily block it from the Suits Me mobile banking app.
