If your card is lost, stolen or you suspect that it has been used by someone else, you must let us know straight-away so that we may cancel your card.
- Online/Mobile App: Go to the ‘Cards’ tab in your online account, and click on the ‘Freeze Card’ button, you will then need to call to report your card lost and stolen but this will stop unauthorised use in the meantime.
- Phone: Call our lost and stolen card line 03330 151 858 followed by option 3 between 9 am-5 pm, Monday - Friday. If you ask us to do so, we will investigate any disputed transaction or misuse of your card and we may need more information and assistance from you. Until you notify us, you are responsible for any transactions made on the card.

If you don't know for certain and you want to block your card whilst you look for it, you can temporarily block it from the Suits Me mobile app.
