Once you receive your new Suits Me card and activate it, your funds will move automatically from your old account to your new account and your old account will close. If you don’t activate your new card, your money will remain in your old account until the 20th of February 2025. On this date we will transfer your funds automatically to your new account.
If you choose not to use your new account and want to access your money, simply contact Customer Care and we will transfer it to an account of your choice.
In addition, if you load funds into your new account we will automatically migrate the funds from the old account into the new account.
